For this activity, let’s imagine that the government decides to create a new $10 bank note and replace Kate with a picture of a different New Zealand woman.
On your blog, tell us who you think the government should put on the new $10 note. Please provide us with a picture of this amazing woman and a short explanation of why you have selected her as Kate Sheppard’s replacement.
I think Ruby Tui because she is a great role model to many people and she is good at encouraging other people, she is great at rugby and that is why I think she should go on the 10 dollar note.

ReplyDeleteI can tell you have thought hard about what women should be on our $10 note. I think it is great you have thought of a high achieving sports person such as Ruby Tui. You have definitely thought about what attributes or qualities that the person on our $10 note should be such as encouraging and a great role model.
It is also awesome to see you have including some pictures on your post. Remember to attribute any images you borrow from the internet and others by simply including a website link on your post.
