Pear and Apple Crumble

On Friday for cooking we got to choose what we made, we made apple crumble. I worked with Billie and Nevey. This is the recipe:







Apple Crumble Recipe


2 Cups Of Sliced Apples/Tin.


¼ Cup Of Water.


Crumble


1 Cup Of Flour.


½ Teaspoon Of Baking Powder.


½ Cup Of Brown Sugar.


50g Of Butter.


Sift flour and baking powder, add sugar, rub ( grate ) butter Spread over apples.
Bake for about 30 minutes at 190’c ( 375’F )

Billie : Cups, Bowl , Base. Tin Apples.


Nevey: Plain flour and baking powder.

Summer: Butter and plain ice cream.
