Te Aitanga Pepeke The World Of Insects

  1. Kia Ora Summer,

I really like the way you have presented your information in full sentences and have added colour to your pictures. Maybe next time you could add less pictures as it is quite busy when you look at it. Also another thing you could work on is making your drawings easy to see and not blurry as it is hard to see your super insect. I have really enjoyed reading your insect work.
Keep up the great work Summer.

  2. Hi Summer,
You and Sasha did a great job with your work. On the first slide I like how you added a picture as an example. On your slide how insects grow up there are a few mistakes, because you said "there" instead of "their" and you forgot some full stops.

I really enjoyed reading your poem. I like how you made it rhyme and how you repeated the Bumblebee. Your comic is also really good and I like how you put in text boxes what the characters are saying so that you can read it.

Your super insect is really creative. I think that having an eye on the back and the front of the head to spot predators is a great idea. Maybe next time you could consider making it eat rubbish, or do something to help the environment.
    Kind Regards Hannah

  3. Kia ora Summer. I like your work around 'Te Aitanga Pepeke'. I especially like your poem. It really suits the topic! It reminds me of a rhyming book I used to read when I was really little. I also like your 'Flimaflider". It would certainly survive in the New Zealand native bush for a long time! Your layout is clear and easy to read. Good Job!
    From Rebekah.
