The WWF: World Wildlife Fund

The WWF (World Wildlife Fund) are trying their best to save Freshwater Seals. To help save the Seals the WWF are building snow banks for the seals so that when the pup is born the snow banks can give the pup protection from predators, the cold and human disturbance. If pups are born in the open up to half of them could die.

This is a wonderful and informative post! Thank you for answering all of the questions. I truly hope they protect the freshwater seals. You have shared some awesome facts about Freshwater Seals, anyone reading your blog will feel moved.

Last year I went to La Jolla in California and I saw the cutest little seals! They were Sea Lions! Have you ever seen seals up close and personal?

    Keep up the great work!
